Calculate your GDS Distribution Costs

Traditional GDS surcharges for EDIFACT and NDC content accumulate on every ticket and routing segment. AirGateway helps agencies eliminate these high distribution fees entirely. By utilizing our platform, you always shop the direct fare from the carrier under your agency's own IATA—with absolutely no airline surcharges applied.

Instead, we charge a simple flat fee of €1.00 per Issued Booking (PNR), independent of how many travelers are on the PNR or how many flight transfers they have. There are also no additional charges for On Hold Bookings or Servicing.

This nominal fee is even completely waived for bookings with select airline partners.

Airline surcharge models are derived directly from respective public distribution filings (including Lufthansa Group DCC Guideline, Air France-KLM GDS Distribution surcharge specifications, and IAG Distribution Technology Charge Guide). In cases when the airline lists the surcharge amount only in one currency, a fixed conversion ratio has been used for the other currencies.

Segment surcharges for GDS NDC channels are calculated based on average global intermediary connector costs associated with GDS NDC solutions.

For a direct comparison of these costs, we encourage agencies to compare the carrier's direct NDC channel (such as SPRK) with the pricing available in their GDS NDC solution. All charges as listed here can also differ based on your specific GDS choice.
