New Commercial Model for AirGateway Customer Agencies
We are very excited to announce a significant evolution of our commercial model designed to simplify the adoption of our next-gen airline distribution approach, while keeping the costs of the travel sellers as low as possible.
As the travel distribution landscape undergoes deep transformation, growing complexity and lack of transparency make maximizing profitability an even greater challenge. At AirGateway, we are re-imagining our offering to give agencies stronger competitive advantages, while always staying true to our core commitments of transparency and lower fees than the established industry players.
The key change in our commercial terms is the removal of booking costs for a number of selected airlines, with plans to include more providers in the near future. Please check our public Providers listing here to always identify the mentioned free-of-charge airlines.

We keep working to make the new distribution paradigm as simple and convenient for our agency customers. We believe this change will be a powerful tool for agencies seeking to maximize their revenue as their NDC volumes grow.
Information for existing customers of AirGateway: The new commercial model will be automatically applied to all bookings of the carriers mentioned on our Providers page, issued using one of our solutions (BookingPad or AirGateway API, including partnered solutions), starting from September 1st. As booking charges are invoiced retroactively for the previous month, this update will be first reflected on your October invoice.
