AirGateway Integrates Airlink NDC to Enhance Content Access for South African Travel Sellers
AirGateway, a Berlin-based NDC aggregator, and Airlink, Southern Africa’s leading premier full-service airline, are delighted to announce the full availability of Airlink’s NDC content on the AirGateway platform. This integration is key to completing AirGateway's comprehensive NDC offering for South African travel sellers.
Travel agencies, utilizing AirGateway's BookingPad agent desktop tool and AirGateway API, gain a single-point access to Airlink's inventory, including differential content and their exclusive NDC-only fares, delivering full end-to-end servicing functionality:
- Shopping and Booking: Real-time access to Airlink content with BSP Agency Cash and Credit Cards as supported forms of payment.
- Full Servicing: The ability to manage the entire booking lifecycle, including Automated Rebooks and Refunds, management of ancillary services (e.g., seating and baggage) and more.
Airlink's content is aggregated alongside more than 35 other global NDC providers, allowing agencies to centralize content streams in one platform. This access delivers essential additional functionalities—such as automated back-office integration and sophisticated traveller profile management solutions—within AirGateway’s unified platform, providing streamlined processes for managed travel sellers.
We are very glad to announce the successful integration of Airlink NDC v21.3. This powerful, future-proof channel is a crucial move for the South African market, offering our partners a unified platform to centralize content, streamline operations, and drive a better travel selling experience.
Jorge Díaz, CEO of AirGateway
